Booking Terms & Conditions
Prices & Payment: Prices are per person based on the number of people in your group. All payments are payable in Australian dollars and include Goods & Services Tax of 10% (GST). Bookings are secured by credit card, direct transfer or PayPal payment. A deposit of 25% of the total tour price will be required to confirm the booking for your selected dates. The remaining balance will be payable 14 days prior to the tour by credit card, direct transfer or PayPal. A $50 admin fee per tour is non-refundable for all tours cancelled after the deposit payment is made. This is because we allocate vehicles and guides and start making arrangements for the day which limits our availability for other bookings. Any tours cancelled within 14 days of the tour will forfeit the deposit payment.

Tours cancelled within 7 days but more than 72 hours prior to departure will forfeit 25% of the total tour cost. Tours cancelled within 72 hours are non refundable. Extenuating circumstances will be considered upon request.
Inclusions: All tours include hotel pick up or convenient location of your choice and all listed inclusions as per your tailor made tour itinerary.
General Terms & Conditions: We commit to do our best to deliver tours with inclusions as per listed. However on the rare occasions when weather conditions, road closures, national park regulations or other events beyond our control may result in itineraries/inclusions being altered. In this instance suitable and comparable activities will be provided and there will be no refund provided. If activities provided by third party supplies are cancelled for any reason and Cloud 9 Tours has collected payment from passengers for these activities a full refund will be paid on these costs. Cloud9 tours can not change the weather and will not be held responsible for bad weather affecting the tour experience.
Insurance/Liability: Cloud 9 Tours holds full Public Liability insurance policy. We strongly recommend that all passengers have travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Cloud 9 Tours accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of property, personal illness or injury sustained whilst on tour and passengers accept all risks associated with tour activities. Whilst on tour, it’s the passenger’s responsibility to follow the directions given by the driver/guide.
